return to practice
update
Ashley will be back in the office on Monday, June 1st and her schedule is now online and open for bookings.
In order to accommodate the high demand and the needs of all patients, she will only be accepting bookings three months in advance at this time. Any visits already scheduled beyond that date are still valid. She will also not be accepting any new patients at this time. While streamlining her calendar to meet new clinic protocols and procedures we had to shift around booking start times slightly to keep all scheduled visits in the system. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding in doing so, and we encourage you to reach out to us via email if there is a conflict as a result.
My personal practice provides care for the entire family while treating patients of all ages- from babies to seniors and everybody in-between.
My sessions include a thorough evaluation of one’s health history, orthopaedic assessment, treatment planning and execution. My goal with each patient is to provide holistic care to treat the individual on a whole, thereby bringing balance back to their body to promote optimal healing. Each treatment plan is dedicated to treating symptoms of pain and dysfunction, be it physical/mental/emotional in nature, as well as the respective underlying causes through the utilization of neurological, orthopaedic and systemic techniques. By properly evaluating each patient’s individual needs, I make a commitment to every aspect of their health, wellness and overall pain free functioning of their body. This approach to complete patient care is accomplished not only through active and passive techniques such as massage therapy, manual therapy, joint mobilization, hydrotherapy and rehabilitation, but by connecting my patients with complementary modalities and making responsible and safe referrals to other healthcare practitioners when indicated. I am in regular communication with other wellness providers to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care across the board. The goal always being to help each individual regain pain free functioning, optimal mobility and overall vitality in their day-to-day life. I continually advocate and educate my patients on the benefits of massage therapy and it’s ability to address musculoskeletal conditions and pain on a whole via non-surgical and drug free means.
By creating a safe space for healing, within a treatment environment that feels like home, our practice exists to enable humans to feel better in all aspects of their lives.
